  • Position Overview

    As an Operations Concierge, you will be the frontline of the business, part of the team that delivers incredible service to FlexWheels members. It is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment as a service delivery professional. The Operations concierge is responsible for reviewing member data, preparing the vehicle for delivery, performing the vehicle “flip” and giving a brief tutorial about the vehicle.


    You don’t have to be a car expert but you do need a willingness to learn. FlexWheels delivers an unparalleled experience to our members and we are looking for motivated individuals who want to be a part of something special. You can expect the opportunity for professional development and responsibility without micromanagement.


    As a FlexWheels Concierge, there are 4 main focuses as our customer facing ambassador:

    1. Vehicle Delivery

    • Ensure the vehicle is in showroom/delivery quality

    • Complete vehicle set up, including; fueled, adjust radio settings, seats and mirror adjustments, move personal items from one vehicle to the next

    1. Member interaction

    • Confirm logistical details with member for Flip

    • Vehicle introduction

    • Member profiling information submitted

    • Assist with any app questions

    • Complete any vehicle custom set up

    1. Brand Ambassador

    • Make “flipping” a one of a kind experience

    • Create a positive image of FlexWheels

    • Share the excitement of the Flip with the customer

    1. Receiving

    • Inspect vehicle for customers belongings left behind

    • Get vehicle to gas station for physical inspection and refueling

    • Complete app check-in and inspection of the vehicle

    Minimum Qualifications:


    • High School diploma or GED.

    • One year or more experience in a service excellence related position.

    • Clean driving record.

    • Technology savvy.

    • Automotive experience is not necessary or expected.
